Forbestown Advisory Council The Forbestown Advisory Council will cooperate with Feather River Recreation and Parks District to develop recreation services for residents of the area including improvements to the Forbestown Park and Community Hall. The Council may plan and implement its own program of events and projects for the community and keep the District informed of the recreational needs of the community. Council membership is open to all interested citizens and organizations of Butte and Yuba Counties. The privilege of holding office, making motions or voting shall be limited to Council members who have been registered members for at least thirty (30) days. The Council shall hold its annual general meeting in April at which time officers will be elected. Forbestown Advisory Council P.O.
